Pan'Za Pizzeria was started by Brian Radlinski in the summer of 2020. Inspired by the classic Detroit style pizza, he set out to create a pan pizza that is reflective of his Californian roots and Italian heritage while still keeping the crave worthy aspects of Detroit.

What sets Pan'Za apart from its competition is our use of sourdough as the leavening for the pizza. The long slow fermentation leads to a fluffy, focaccia-like crust that is more delicious and nutritious than typical yeasted bread.

Like our dough, we take pride and the time to make our own sauces from scratch, roast vegetables to intensify the flavor, shred our own cheese and grind our own sausage which we believe delivers a superior pizza.  True to its Detroit roots, each Pan'Za has a crunchy bottom and crispy cheesy "frico" crust making it crave-worthy.
